Altan is Emaar's tallest current building in Green Gate — a single tower of fifty-three floors over three podium levels, at the park end of the quarter. It is the one project in this tranche where the three-bedroom stock spans a genuinely large range, 1,848 sqft up to 4,080 sqft, because the top of the building carries a handful of much larger homes rather than a repeated floor plate.
