Design Quarter at d3 is the larger and older of Meraas's two schemes inside Dubai Design District — three towers of twenty-eight, thirty-eight and seven storeys over a shared podium, with six low-rise buildings of two to seven floors filling in around them. It is the nearest thing in this release to a finished address: completion is scheduled for Q2 2027, some three years ahead of the Edit towers next door.

What the developer still holds is in Tower B, and it is all three-bedroom: 2,019 sqft simplexes on the twenty-fifth and thirty-seventh floors, and duplexes on the forty-second running to 3,305 sqft, from AED 6,614,000. Residents have a shared pool, a gym and fitness suite, a children's play area, a barbecue area, retail at podium level and covered parking. Interiors are semi-furnished.

Two figures deserve to be read together. The service charge is 15 AED per sqft, which is the lowest in this whole Meraas and Nakheel release and roughly a third of what the beachfront buildings at La Mer cost to run. And the opening price quoted around the market for Design Quarter — a little over two million — is a resale listing in the same towers, not the developer's own inventory. Both are one-bedroom apartments being sold on by their owners. The developer's price starts where the three-bedrooms start.
