Jumeirah Asora Bay is Meraas's smallest and most expensive scheme on the La Mer coast — twenty-nine residences in total, made up of four- to six-bedroom apartments and a seven-bedroom penthouse in a terraced building of a ground floor and eleven storeys, alongside a short row of seven-bedroom Ocean Mansions on the water.

What the developer still holds is not an apartment. It is two of the Ocean Mansions: seven-bedroom triplexes of 26,953 sqft at AED 350,000,000 and 27,244 sqft at AED 500,000,000, each with its own pool and interiors specified to the buyer. Residents have a private beach, shared and private pools, a spa, a gym and fitness suite, a yoga studio and meditation zone, a cinema, a children's play area, landscaped gardens and park, smart home systems and covered parking.

Two things are worth stating plainly. The lower figure that circulates for Asora Bay — around eighty million — is a resale apartment inside the terraced building, being sold on by its owner, and has nothing to do with the mansions. And the service charge is 12 AED per sqft, by some distance the lowest in this release, because a mansion carries very little shared building to pay for. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2029 on a 60/40 structure, with resale permitted once 40 per cent is paid.
