About Bukadra

Bukadra is the district on the Ras Al Khor side of Meydan, between the Dubai–Al Ain road and the creek's lagoon system, and it is being built out now rather than established. Its appeal is position rather than amenity: Downtown and Business Bay are ten to fifteen minutes up Al Khail Road, Meydan and the racecourse are next door, and the Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary means a good number of the towers face protected water and marsh that cannot be built on. Stock is almost entirely new apartments, and prices per foot sit below Business Bay and Meydan for what is a comparable commute.

Prestige One
