Siniya Island is Sobha's island development off Umm Al Quwain — an eighteen-hole golf course, a marina, a boardwalk of cafés and restaurants, mangroves and open beach. Phase 2 is the villa release: sea-facing homes with direct access to the boardwalk and views over the lagoon waterfront, and mansions at the top of the range with double-height entrance halls.
