Jomana is one of the newest phases of Madinat Jumeirah Living by Dubai Holding, with handover scheduled for 2026 on a 70/30 payment plan.
The buildings continue the community's low-rise Arabian architecture, arranged around landscaped courtyards, swimming pools and play areas, with park and amenity outlooks from most layouts and Burj Al Arab views from the upper floors on the resort side.
