About Palm Beach Tower 1
Palm Beach Towers is a three-tower Nakheel development at the very entrance to Palm Jumeirah, directly connected to Nakheel Mall and the Palm Monorail.
The position at the head of the trunk is what distinguishes it: residents reach the mainland without driving the length of the island, and the towers look back across the marina skyline as well as down the Palm itself.
The scheme carries a 5,000 sqm podium of amenities — infinity pools, gym, paddle courts, kids' club, landscaped gardens and direct access to a private beach.
Handover is scheduled for Q4 2026, and most stock now reaching the market is part-paid off-plan.
About Palm Jumeirah
Palm Jumeirah is the reclaimed island off Dubai Marina — a trunk, sixteen fronds and a surrounding crescent, built by Nakheel and finished in 2006.
It remains the most recognisable address in the city, and the only one where a genuine private beach comes attached to the home rather than to a club membership.
The island splits into distinct markets. The fronds hold the signature and garden villas, each with private beach frontage. The trunk carries the Shoreline and Golden Mile apartment blocks and the tram. The crescent holds the resort belt — Atlantis, One&Only, Waldorf Astoria, Anantara, Fairmont, Kempinski, Rixos — with branded residences attached to most of them.
The newer generation of towers sits at the head of the trunk and along the crescent: Palm Beach Towers, Serenia Living, Six Senses, Ellington Beach House, One Crescent and Orla by Omniyat.
Nakheel Mall, The Pointe and the boardwalk serve the island directly, with Sheikh Zayed Road about fifteen minutes away.
Palm Jumeirah is freehold and, crucially, finished. No further land is being created here, so the supply of villas and beachfront plots is permanently fixed — which is the structural case behind values on the island.
