Seapoint is an Emaar Beachfront development of two towers at the head of the island, with handover scheduled for 2028.

Its position at the tip gives apartments some of the widest aspects on the island — Palm Jumeirah on one side, the open Gulf ahead, and the Marina skyline behind.

About Emaar Beachfront

Emaar Beachfront is a private, gated island district within Dubai Harbour, sitting between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah with 1.5 km of its own beach.
